Brad is an experienced economist with a broad range of public policy, regulatory and advocacy experience.
At Impact Economics and Policy he authored a range of influential public reports for clients, spanning issues including economic security, philanthropy, disability policy, First Nations financial inclusion and the economic value of financial counselling.
As an expert and thought leader on superannuation and retirement income, he has worked with the Super Members Council and Super Consumers Australia to advance public policy in the retirement phase of super. He has a deep understanding of industry practices, regulatory obligations and consumer outcomes.
Brad has also been a manager at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, where he led work programs relating to insurance in superannuation, retirement income, superannuation forecasts and financial advice in superannuation.
Prior to this, Brad was a manager at the Productivity Commission where he led economic analysis and report writing across public inquiries and research on superannuation, horizontal fiscal equalisation, child protection policy, infrastructure policy, environmental valuation and other topics.
Brad holds Honours degrees in both economics and geography from the University of Sydney.
